  Effect Size Calculator for Student's t-Test

This calculator will tell you the (two-tailed) effect size for Student's t-test (Cohen's d), given the mean and standard deviation for two independent samples of equal size.

By convention, t-test effect size values of 0.2, 0.5, and 0.8 are considered small, medium, and large, respectively.
