F-Value Calculator for Hierarchical Multiple Regression

This calculator will tell you the F-value for a hierarchical multiple regression study, given an R² value for a set of independent variables A, an R² value for the sum of A and another set of independent variables B, the number of predictors in A, the number of predictors in B, and the total sample size. The value returned by the calculator is the the F-value associated with the addition of B to the model.

Number of predictors in set A:	The number of independent variables that comprise set A.
Number of predictors in set B:	The number of independent variables that comprise set B.
R² for set A:	The variance accounted for by a set of one or more independent variables A.
R² for sets A and B:	The combined variance accounted for by A and another set of one or more independent variables B.
Sample size:	The total number of valid cases used in the analysis.
